I currently operate a telehealth-only practice but hope to offer in-person services in the future. I can assure you from research and my personal experience that there is little to no loss of efficacy by conducting therapy virtually.
Fees
Individual Therapy is $100 per standard 50-minute session.
I do not accept insurance, though I can offer documentation for you to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
With private pay, I am liberated from rigid diagnostic codes, manualized protocols, and time-limited treatment coverage. I utilize such measures when appropriate, but the approaches I use are highly client-driven and I do not believe situations need be “clinically significant” to merit professional care. (For example, grief and life transitions seldom meet insurance criteria.)
